These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HVAQ AI LLC (“HVAQ AI,” “we,” or “our”) platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

What We Provide

HVAQ AI captures missed HVAC calls and sends automated replies and booking flows. Service is provided on a subscription basis and offered “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, secure, and running smoothly.

What We Don’t Guarantee

• 100% uptime (though we aim for high availability).
• That every lead converts into a job.
• That carriers (phone, SMS, or email providers) will never experience outages.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Keep your account login credentials secure.
• Use HVAQ AI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with carrier, CTIA, and telecom regulations.
• No unsolicited or fraudulent SMS, spam, or abusive use of the platform.
• Pay your subscription fees on time.

Payments & Cancellation

Subscription: $199/month (flat rate). You may cancel anytime; access ends at the end of your billing cycle. No refunds for past billing periods.

Intellectual Property

HVAQ AI owns the platform, brand, and technology. You own your business data, leads, and customer information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAQ AI is not liable for lost profits, missed jobs, or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as HVAQ AI grows. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or inside the app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal laws.
